Eye opens

That I had the most exquisite dinner yesterday would be like saying snow is cold. It's accurate but falls remarkably short of reality..because what I ate yesterday at a diligent Michelin restaurant was an experience of the most delectable kind. 
I'm posting a pic of the main course that I ate, which was a pork loin over mashed potatoes with lots of black truffle and it was almost magical because I didn't expect it to be as delicious as this was. 
Sublime!!
