Well this day is finished finally and I have been overcompensating by having not a moment to myself, not least because I started recording five minutes after waking up, and I woke up quite early too.
It's like I had free time today and I decided to not be free at all.
How does that work out?
I'm taking it slow tomorrow and just being.
Catching up on some YouTube and let's see how things go.
What workout is in store tomorrow?
Today I did lower body strength and slowly I'm increasing weights and time under tension.
I haven't reached my earlier level of fitness yet and my training sessions aren't as long as they were either.
Usually around 35 minutes long for now.
Slowly I'm going to take them up to at least 45 minutes X 5 days a week.
Tomorrow what's it gonna be?
I think some light restorative stretching and house cleaning should do the trick. :)
