I has to try this sort of local mayo that can't keep in the fridge long as is enough just for daily sort of consumption and it's quite different than the mayo I sort of like and love (kewpie and hellmans) both of course a sort of abomination to think about it but I have grown to love their taste and this mayo, which is apparently that 'right' mayo tastes mighty different.
It's a bit sour and lot more flavourful.
I don't know if I can go back to the usual bottled ones anymore.
Fresh mayo yes please!
