It’s night innit?

Almost midnight and people are still in their work clothes, sitting in restaurants, stumbling into subways, walking back home or maybe not. I mean I don't know except every night as I walk around downing soju, I see people in their formals trudging around, smiling, laughing and filling up ice cream shops and I wonder when do these people sleep and is no one following IF here? I mean I'm not, seeing how I'm on a freaking vacation but why is everyone awake?
Why are people in their work clothes?
