In the middle of a working week, a working lunch.
This is chilli pepper beef rice, with miso soup, chilli oil, pickled bamboo shoots and sea buckthorn juice on the side.
I know I know this is in absolute disharmony with my daily meals, lifestyle, diet and workout regime, by my lord this is a far better option that eating out any other junk, moreover sometimes we just have to rough it a little.
I've preponed all sorts of important work and what not to keep myself free the next ten day because day after my folks arrive and a few days after they leave I arrive to your time zone that is.
So yes, is been a bit hectic but what of it?
