Sometimes, unbelievably, there are days when my hunger isn't nearly as Brobdingnagian as say on days I've done monstrous HIIT workouts or strength training and I haven't worked out for almost 5 days now due to the usual days of ugh each month that keep me from my customary joie de vivre and now I've lost my train of thought because I've also a massive headache.
Right so on days when I'm not particularly hungry and the fuel tank is running on reserves, a bowl of salad and a large glass of smoothie does the trick.
