Food for thoughts

During sick moments of sore sufferings, I crave serious sustenance.
No petite portions of moderate food, but immoderately sized meals that can fuel and energize.

Somehow mornings are when I'm at my hungriest.

Cubed potatoes cooked over low flame with onions, until they are crisply crunching on the outside, and volcanically tender and fluffy within.
As long as you don't skimp on the butter and pepper, this dish can never do you wrong.
It's easy, delicious and rich with spud carbs.

A couple eggs beaten to a fluff on the side, and you can feel yourself healing.
