So this is an important cheese to the French and is available during very specific time. It's called winter cheese and highly recommended that everyone eat it to become more French they say.
I found it and I wished I could get a smaller portion but there wasn't one available and so I didn't buy it because I wasn't sure I could finish the damned thing because I read a bit about it and well..
