Lunch love

Lunch was a huge bowl of veg with some eggs and homemade bread croutons. 

I wanted a really creamy dressing so made one with yogurt to mimic a fattening ranch dressing. 

This weather isn't for salads though. I should have eaten something warm but I also wanted to eat something crunchy. 

The eggs were hot. So I guess it works out.
