Saturday so rushed I am finally drinking hot tea at10 and looking at the weather which is both sunny and rainy.
Today is a working day in China and it almost didn't hit me that it's Saturday today when the housekeeper came calling at her usual 7 in the AM and I found myself confounded at this, but only for a mere moment because to be coshed with a dawn of understanding was for me a thing of the moment.
Saturday indeed.
The only good thing about today was that I didn't have any cleaning to do.
Other than that it's the usual.
Perhaps I won't workout today either.
My house is oddly smelling like a hotel lobby!
The reasoning is that I used an essential oil labeled 'four seasons'. I think I got it complementary with some other oils I had ordered and there is this entire range of hotel smells. The most popular one being 'Westin'.
Not sure I love this scent.
I'm more of a frankincense sort of girl.
But in this weather I love all that is patchouli, lemon, white and Darjeeling tea, citron, mandarin and basil and coriander.
All the fresh scents if you will.
But soon I know I'll be looking into more dense, thicker, potent scents of pine and cedar wood, sandalwood, frankincense, oud, burnt sugar, amber and vanilla.
The weather! Right now it's suddenly quite humid.
I finished a mug of tea and I am in the mood for more!
