I know it's juvenile and all but I'm having way too much fun with my new grill pan. It gets me all excited to think that I'll be using it. 
I look for excuses to make the exact recipes which will need me grilling vegetables.
I haven't tried grilling meat on it yet and that will be another exciting day when I do.
