The perils of meals

The thing about making an entire meal with my kind of faddiest approach is that by the time I'm done washing the dishes it feels like the entire kitchen has come out to play.

One doesn't just use one pot and one pan to cook a proper meal and we're talking one with all the fixings that includes carbs, starches, proteins, salads, condiments et at.
You needs vessels to clean vegetables, colanders for draining, soak rice, prepare dough, steam rice, cookers, pots, woks, spatulas to cook; a separate one for every dish, deep broad spoon for tempering, skillets and these are just the one needed for food prep.
Then there are plates, bowls, spoons for serving and eating and so you see how far gone this list already is.
Now all that remains is the Augean task of washing a small mountain of ceramics, steel and China and lo! You walk out exhausted after washing, scrubbing and wiping..phew!
