Updates

Morning and I'm readying for a picnic with the family of a friend and I wonder why I actually said yes to the suggestion of picnic in the first place?!

I think it might have something to do with the fact that the park in question is quite gargantuan and astonishing and has these lovely huge greenhouses that have various species of cacti and what am I if not in love with thorns.

But yes, saying yes to a picnic entails a bit of preparation all of which I did a night before and I have to do a bit extra because there's a vegetarian involved in the mix.

Also, the family in question that I'm going with doesn't have anyone who cooks. The husband, wife and father eat take out all the time because nobody cooks.
So there will be a lot of instant noodles and snacks which they will probably bring.
That just doesn't cut it for me so I'm bringing a coleslaw, sandwiches and potato salad. Also I will be carrying two flasks of coffee.
One can never be too prepared. Which is why I've got plates, silverware, cups (All disposable and made of corn starch) because I have zero faith in my dear friends to even start out on the time they've given much rather bring essential paraphernalia.

Of course I had to buy it.

Finally there's plain black coffee in a tetra pack!! 

I wouldn't buy it but it's good to know I can grab coffee on the go which doesn't have cream or milk. 

No restraint

I might have made a huge mistake. 

But it's cake and it's a toblerone cake and I caved and I know I won't eat it as much as I think I will but I had to buy it.
