Dinnah too
Dinner is mushroom and tomato pasta baked with a sour cream and cheese topping because sometimes more is more.

In the backyard and someone just added dark soy to their food and I can smell it right here.

To say that I've been drowsy and almost dead this entire afternoon would be most accurate because there was a moment when I thought I should sleep some.
imagine that!
Hah!
Of course, I didn't sleep and even now as I type I feel like I'm so tired and writing down a few hundred words worth of recipe weighed heavy on me.
yawn.
The cats need to be fed. I want to take a stroll in the backyard and just stretch myself a bit.
Today's workout was 45-minute long cardio with lots of abs and although it has nothing to do with my drowsiness I'm making a point to note that I'm going to hurt in my stomach tomorrow and that I should avoid coughing or laughing.
Just one of those days. Afternoons sometimes need a bit of relaxation but this is the only time I get to do stuff for myself and I can't miss out.
Maybe I'll make some tea. Why not?
And lunch
Lunch is 3 vegetable stuffed cheelas and a large side of sprouted mung salad with vegetables and mangoes along with a large glass of smoothie because we need piles of food.

dried fruits and nuts bread with my delicious ginger chai!!
Oh then alright
Finally sitting down after almost 2.5 hours of non stop work and now for some water.
