Uh oh
It's been a long day that felt extremely short. Towards the evening when the day begins to ebb and time sifts through large holed sieve I'm left grappling for seconds, snatching them from moments gone with little luck.

I saw a dog today
that looked like mine
the darling firefly who's with angels now
barking at them chewing their wings
buried under a crown of plantain
his favourite fruit that he snaffled at will
I dug the earth and lay him in
and cried very moment
just like today
when I stared at the doggie
that looked like mine
he weighed as much as me
and stood near my height
standing on his hind legs
when he licked my face
I saw that doggie for barely two minutes
and cried for two hours
that looked like mine

Tomorrow's workshop includes the following
- wet on wet watercolour technique
- dark to light gradation
- splatter technique
- colour blending
- layering
- Creating textures (using salt, cotton buds, scrubbing, sponge)
and that should do it for the while. They're children and for a finale, there will be watermelon painting, stencils of which I have finally finished making, that shall be handed out to the children and we will begin colouring it in.
Freeform drawing includes popsicles and sky.

Walking into a gently air-conditioned room, the kind that is mild and mellow and a just a few degrees lower than the world out feels like a cool dry shower which is both comforting and uplifting.
Foods
Five egg whites and two whole eggs spiced cheese omelette draped over a mayonnaise anointed roti and wrapped into a fat roll (not pictured) for moments when only familiar tastes would do.

Oh just busy preparing for a small watercolour workshop I've been invited to do for children tomorrow.
What all does it entail? I know not but I'm making some stencils so that after teaching them the basic of blending etc I can have them colour in those bananas and leaves.
Right, so today looks to be a bit crazy and I'm immersed in the madness.
