Hmm well

Well went to a nearby village called hauteville which is the home of 'from perignon' the saint who started it all. Champagne and what not and this is his tomb.
Imagine a monk mistakingly creating champagne instead of wine and the entire world taking his word for it.
Dom Perignon is a very premium champagne and I never thought it was the name of a saint.
Also it doesn't taste any different as I went on a wine tasting route to this area and there was a lot of champagne tasting today.
To say that I didn't understand a damn thing except realising I like 'Chardonnay' better than most was a bit strange cuz I didn't think I actually cared that much.
