Sectioned and sliced into single servings. Inside a freezer bag until such time as they get ready to be eaten.
One can if one wants, eat these raw, since they are sushi grade salmon and can be eaten raw if eaten immediately on the same day.
I would have loved to make a poke bowl but today that can't be done and so they're going into a freezer for now.
