Wednesday and I am finally done with it all this morning and I sit in my backyard sipping tea and chomping toast, wondering when will this weather hit me just right?
I am sitting outside but make no mistakes it's not cool as I'd want. In fact it's a bit warm and the weather could use some pleasant breeze, but no!
At least the shade is comfortable and my tea is magnificent. I guess that evens out some?
I think it's become a part of my every alternate day routine to rake leaves, encounters toads and frogs, sweep away dead and ant eaten earthworms, dump dried leaves into the compost and wonder what all I can do to better this space.
Right now it looks ridden with mounds of soil and chunks of cement, covered with falling leaves which I keep composting.
On a happier note, a lot of my seeds have now begun to sprout and there are tiny nascent leaves beginning to crown out of their soil bed.
I am looking forward to their growing and maturing and hoping that at least half of this crop survives.
Today I think I will finally go and pick up my dry cleaned shoes. Hoping they have it on them this time and that it's not still getting processed.
Also, maybe, I will pick a few plants on the way back.
I'm sure my scooter can handle it.
Maybe some mint!!
Alright then!
To my tea and so forth.
