Monday morning and I want to talk myself into a Pilates workout.
It's been a month.
My heel and ankle are on the mend.
I promise myself that I won't do any cardio. None of the usual jumps or kicks.
It's either Pilates or strength.
Moreover I have to find a workout zone in this house.
Right now it has to be under the direct influence of an air conditioner.
This first week it's going to be entirely Pilates and nothing besides.
After that I'll start including strength and then we will see from there.
As of now I get enough cardio from working around my house. Once I feel better and more confident with my heel and ankle I will get back to life as it was.
