Not too strenuous not too easy.
Baby steps.
Next week we take longer strides but for now I'm just easing my way back into a routine. Slowly nudging, pushing, making space and finding my pace.
It's been a month and though my body hasn't forgotten anything I have a small healing injury which I do not want to aggravate.
No strenuous cardio for the meanwhile but I will start lifting soon but that too one step at a time.
I'm not worried about my peak such as it was on June 22nd because it's gone nowhere.
I know that when I work through the house morning to night, climbing three floors at a time and not being out of breath for even a minute.
