Lunch deck

Fried rice is probably one of my absolute go to meals, not least because I can get away with dirtying just one pan, but also because it so easily gets packed with flavour, nutrition and taste.
This is a heaping bound of brown rice with tofu and all the veg with a fried egg and an ox-blood smoothie, except no ox and no blood.
The vivid maroon comes courtesy pink pitaya+blueberries+strawberries.
Talk about an antioxidant fiesta.
