Lunch t’day

What's not to love about a big bowl of pumpkin soup, topped with silken tofu blocks for sustenance and crunchy sesame seeds for texture and contrast with a thick wedge of homemade wholewheat and oatmeal bread draped with ludicrously green avocado?
All the macros without the added calories because no workout :(
