I think all Guy Ritchie movies starting with Lock, stock to RocknRolla (excluding swept away) have been phenomenal.
I think it was the grungy vibe that slowly got polished into a more shiny smudge, but nothing wrong with that.
I think it peaked with Snatch and somehow the blue collar Brit ghetto feel that he manages to fantastically portray in his movies is what makes them smashing, however his Sherlock Holmes movies were a big NO No!
