I am listening to goo goo dolls in the morning, courtesy of the rock channel Germany that has been stuck since the day there was a power surplus or whatever it was when my system blew up in smoke. And since that day to this, now that the system is fixed. No one got it fixed. I just plugged it after a 4 month absence and it switched right back on, working absolutely perfectly, and still on that channel I was listening to last on that day in March!
The rock station Germany is the kind of channel that knows exactly what songs you like, and it unloads everything from Guns and roses, Metallica, scorpions, garbage to literally everything good since the 80's to mid 2000's. And no knickleback!! I mean how??
Also, how is the system functioning? Most of the sockets, charging points, cables had got fried that day, the house was full of smoke from that thick cloud of electric smelling smog that burst out of this Yamaha system and I was in quite a fix after but then last week after quarantine when I reached back home, complete with sweat and cats, the system came back to life, blinking as it always did everyday like nothing ever happened to it!
That I'm perplexed would be an understatement but I am happy and I am not changing this station which is now playing 'purple rain'.
