And so today

Today was a workout day.
No cardio, but lots and lots of upper body strength, the same exercise decided for Monday but got shifted to Wednesday. 
It was a torture and in between I did get small bits of cardio by doing lots of jumping jacks (3 minutes non stop) and high knees until failure, but that's about it. 
Still not doing anything that can potentially aggravate my knee and heel. 
In fact today I did almost all my workouts on the softer, thicker mat as opposed to my usual one because every time I put any amount of weight on my heels I could feel the sensation and almost a pang, like someone was trying to jab my heel with a thumb. 
It was a scorcher of a workout If I may say so myself. 
Progressive overloads with each set while I reduced the reps and increased the weights. 
My arms were shaking by the end of it. 
It was quite good.
