But it's also been that higher some day when I'm totally done in the dumps with ughs and getting annoyed at my mails in the junk folder that are from my bank telling me to update my kyc.

I've been getting these mails since I was in lockdown.
But didn't I already update the kyc?

I can't do it online either apparently cuz my passport details have changed
Which means what?
They better not lock me out of my account until I get there with my documents to show to the branch!
