A little bit of long update

Such a long day and it's not even finished yet!

It's a Monday but feels different on account of labour day holidays and this has played havoc with my schedule.
Just because it's holidays for people doesn't mean it's the same for me and I will not spend it like a weekend despite what others might feel.

Today started as it usually would with a list of chores made difficult with people lounging around the house followed by a small cardio workout to condition and prep my body for the heavy workouts I intend on doing this month.
Then lunch and then my little hope was taken to the vet because I couldn't see her so listless anymore.

Turns out there is no problems as such with her. Her vitals are normal. Blood test was fine. X-ray was also fine and except for some elevated signs of inflammation, for which there were no obvious signs but the blood report said there was some happening somewhere, there was absolutely nothing else that one could say was wrong.
The doctor has given a 4 day dose for her inflammation which is a generic medicine and besides that the vet could find no other reason why my little darling was behaving the way she has been.
Even now she is sleeping, when ordinarily she'd have been raising hell. Running around the house and fighting me for some reason or the other.

I'm hoping that the slight inflammation is the only reason for her lethargy and that these medicines speed up her recovery if there is any or better her mood because I cannot stand to watch my darling cat so upset and I like herself.

Right then.
I am exhausted with today and there's still dinner to be done.
Yikes.
