Monday!
What a dud!
As I sit flanked by cats on either side, typing in my phone to the steady gurgle of washing machine, staring at my pristine floors littered with scrunched up aluminium foil to make balls for the felines to play with I contemplate and ruminate on the cyclic nature that almost feels like a still life drawing of all the previous thousand similar weekends which have flowed into similar such weekdays with very slight aberrations or anomalies.
Have we been accepting of them all or have any attempts been made to make them differentiate from each other?
Would going to a different place to eat in different clothes make the difference? I suppose not. Perhaps doing something one isn't usually used to, like going out in the rain and getting soaked while enjoying an ice cream would maybe count as one of those outlier days.
I wonder..how to make a day cooped up inside the house while it rains out different?
Perhaps setting fire to it would do the trick! Or maybe witnessing a murder, a crash, a fight, or if nothing then maybe taking the reins in your own hands to create a disturbance to make the day stand out would do it; because just making bread, or tending to the pots and kitchen garden or brushing cats and editing and uploading is so everyday but then isn't that's why it's called everyday.
The drama is missing.
We need to fix that.
