Bits and bobs

Yesterday was spent planning out the next few months which include clicking pictures both for the blog and book and work outs and jotting down recipes I want to include and there's a lot of planning and work involved in the next few months to come and I hope to hell I can do it.
I make no long term plans but rather ones that are more short terms.
Like for the next two months, and so on and forth because life and world have an odd way of changing and suddenly all the plans made blow away into smithereens and there's nothing one can do about it.

Stop me before I rant!!

I will also be making small changes in my workouts and diet and I've given myself until April to see those small tweaks show any change. Of course at my point of fitness level I'm not expecting anything drastic to happen in a few months.
It's easier to reach an achievable point from nothing than to tweak and fine tune more from a point where you've acquired enough (body wise) and after a point, the whole thing is more mental than physical.

But yes, I want to make changes from last year when I was more relaxed in terms of both my diet and workout and by the heavens it began to show.

I am Currently at my highest point in weight and I do not like it.
Right then.
Today is dedicated to bringing the house in order and helping a friend who is shifting back to Taiwan this week pack.
I am a bit sad about that too.
Sighs then.
To the litter that I have to clean and balcony that I intend to wash.
Also..it's fucking cold.
