Perpendicular sights

The sun is out, the sky is blue, the birds are twittering, my cats are dozing and I am of a mind to start with my workouts proper.
This will be the first proper exercise circuit of this year and after having taken a break of almost 3 weeks with only regular yoga to show for I am designing a circuit that is low impact and easy, just to wake up my muscles and jog their memory.
No weights, no HIIT, just a lot of movements, body weight exercises and we will take it from here.



There's a pesto recipe I'm creating for the book today and though easy there will be many variables involved for it and that will be tedious but not difficult.


The weather is so unbelievably warm today .
Can't imagine it was snowing this time last year when today it almost feels like April weather.
Don't know what's happening here, having said that however I love this mellow sunny weather with only a slight nip in the air.
After days of incessant rains this is exactly what was needed.
