Morning and I make a circuit for today's lower body exercises and wonder if I've not gotten a bit late today, but that's no problem seeing how it's my birth week and I'm gonna do what the heck I want.
Okay, so there's a bit of photography to be done today as well, for my blog that is and I'm thinking of making some omurice and maybe I'll have that for lunch after a small meal post workout.

Things and stuff and I'm starting a new drawing because by the dead I want to listen to the new Joe Abercrombie book.

I ate some chips and drank some wine last night and today imma sweat out my sins tills I'm almost wading inside a pool.
Okay, so I start with yoga before transitioning to strength and finish with yoga and that's how it's gonna be.
