My body is an encyclopedia of aches from the tip of my toe to every hair strand today and so in the spirit of restful days I shall not work out.
Sometimes the body just says no and we end up working out anyways and a strenuously excruciating one at that, which was what I did yesterday, combining HIIT, strength and Pilates in an hour long workout even though my muscles told me to take it easy and I have led myself on that path where pains and aches aggravate.
Sometimes my heel bone and top of the foot ache in waves, it's one that doesn't feel until I suddenly walk and mostly it comes out of excessive workout or when I've tied my shoes too tight, which is basically what starts it and not taking care of it right then builds up overtime to a point that I can feel it each time I walk.
Sometimes exercises can be addictive in a negative way in that the one day that you don't sweat it makes you guilty and I don't want that to happen to me because sometimes I do go through that darkness and have often injured myself.
I've learnt better and know when to take a step

Today I sit back and relax.
Take pictures for my blog and drink a nice cup of tea.
