That today was fraught with delicious excesses would be an understatement because once we sat down to eat around around noon we kept at it for the next four hours.
It was a sort of pilgrimage.
It started with barbecue and ended with creamy shaved ice.
Korean barbecue speciality is that it's served with lots of green leaves and the premises are that you barbecue the meat and then wrap the lettuce leaves around with several other condiments to make a meat vegetable bundle and then apply to face.
It's served with a hundred accoutrements and many dipping sauces.
