Brunch baby

Not what you'd call a particularly exuberant fair but as simple and boring as it might seem, this is pretty full on in tastes that linger on a bit more Mediterranean side of the spectrum.
Following with the 'I don't feel too hungry these days' theme I have a plate of homemade whole-wheat bun draped over with a thick smudging of freshly made hummus blanketed with some ripe tomatoes, some baby potato rounds and a small glass of chocolate peanut butter shake, because that's what I feel like today.
