Abs and butts and thighs today + 20 minutes of Vinyas flow yoga and I slowly ease back into a workout routine.
It's not easy to do a lot of strenuous workout in this weather, even with the air conditioning on because it's tiring oh it's tiring..and even though that's the whole point of a workout one doesn't want fatigue.
I've done a HIIT Monday and in every workout even if it's resistance I do add a bit of cardio mostly burpees and mountain climbers. I kinda like doing workout in plank position but no more than that.
I'm not a huge fan of cardio but a bit every now and then is fine and I make up more than enough with weekly HIIT's.
Right, I think my booty has gotten a better shape, I think so, and I've realized my thighs have gone a bit more muscular and perhaps even a bit bigger..that I don't like.
But that's what happens when you lift weights and do a whole lot of lower body resistance workouts.
So yeah today was fruitful. Sweaty, tiring and now a big meal beckons.
